Price information:
The prices are per apartment and night for two to four persons. For each additional person 20 Euro per person and night will be charged.

As our prices vary according to season and apartment, we will be happy to send you a non-binding offer, tailor-made for your stay in the desired apartment.

 

Children:
Children under two years are free of charge in the apartments Kostner. The apartments are equipped with a baby bed and high chair.

Payment:
You can pay in cash. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible at the moment.

Arrival and departure:
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 pm. Arrival is possible until 7 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Please let us know the approximate arrival time in advance.

 

Dogs:
At House Kostner you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you free of charge. Please take the basket or blanket of your dog with you.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in Haus Ivo.

 

Smoking:
All Kostner Apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only allowed outside.

 

Parking lots:
Free - partly covered - parking spaces are available at both Haus Ivo and Haus Kostner.

Val Gardena Mobile Card:

From 30 May to 11 October you will receive the free Val Gardena Mobil Card on your arrival. With this advantageous card you can use all public transport such as bus and ski bus free of charge (except the Saltria-Monte Pana line and the Val Gardena Night Bus)..

 

Travel cancellation insurance and cancellation:
Unfortunately, not everything can be planned and the unexpected happens. So play it safe and take out the Europäische Reiseversicherung. In case of no-show or early departure, the insurance will cover your cancellation fees.

 

Without travel cancellation insurance we charge as follows:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
29 - 15 days before arrival: 30 % of the booked price
14 - 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the booked price
7 - 1 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked price
In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked price.
